visit june 30, 2025 CONSISTENTLY GOOD! I LOVE THIS PLACE recommended: tikka masala (chicken or lamb) visit June 14th, 2025 anyone craving or curious to try indian food, stop by and order either the chicken or the lamb masala -butter chicken is 7 of 10, my friend makes it better somehow. but it was still good! i could have eaten a lot! highly recommended! one server, kitchen staff helps.. lots of parking outside. clean inside! lol you wont regret the masala!
I don’t typically give reviews much less 5 stars because there is always room for improvement just about everywhere we go but this place... the food, the friendliness, the service, the atmosphere, the portions... 5 stars! I didn’t take pics for a review but rather to send to family. The portions are very large (as you can see in the bowl next to my plate in the pic). So much so I could only eat half my meal but I am looking forward to the yummy leftovers. I had Paneer Butter Marsala - medium spice level - it was AMAZING!!! My husband had Chicken Curry - medium spice level - and ate every bite! Be sure to try the Apricot Delight. It too was so delicious! If we were local this would be our weekly dining spot! We are just passing through the area but we will be back next time we are near!

We came last week and first impression we got when we came in was not the best because nobody was in the front to greet us. But we are glad we waited a little bit until a lady came out of the kitchen to help us. Although she was the only one there and she had about 5 tables with customers we never felt like we weren’t taken care of. She is very nice and brought our food quick and so fresh. Everything we ordered was amazing!!! We will definitely come back to try other dishes! The place is very cute too and they play good Indian music videos on the tv while you eat.
Amazing food and great service. It was affordable and portion sizes were very large and generous. We went for my moms birthday and they gave a complimentary birthday surprise. Definitely will come back and I recommended to anyone in the Clermont area to try.
For the first time in a long time food was served at a restaurant hot enough to burn your mouth (this is coming from a chef of 24 years) and it was absolutely delicious! My only critique if I had one was the waitress mentioned cauliflower in the vegetable korma and there were only a few pieces with mostly peas, carrots and green beans. Butter chicken and garlic naan was on point along with the korma. We will certainly be back to try more and the cook in the back who made an amazing apricot dessert 5
We were heading to Atlanta from Orlando and decided to stop by this restaurant—and it turned out to be the best meal we’ve had during our entire Florida trip! The food was truly satisfying, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more.
My husband and I had lunch here today and, hands down, this was the BEST Indian food we ever had. The onion pakora appetizer was quite large, colorful and very tasty. I liked that the pakora was not as doughy as others we have had. The biryanis we ordered were awesome with soft, spicy, flavorful rice which melts in the mouth. My husband had the lamb biryani and I had the malai kofta version which was available as the day’s special. Accompanying our meal was an order of butter naan which was crispy, light and very tasty. The service was excellent and friendly. We were even treated to mango custard for dessert which was awesome. If you are ever in the Clermont, FL area and craving some exotic cuisine, come and visit Persis Biryani Indian Grill. I will definitely be back!
